1. Data Controller

The controller of your personal data is Stand Line I.K.E. (VAT EL800813260), registered at Agios Antonios 0, Vasilika, 57006, Thessaloniki, Greece.

2. What data we collect

Through the enquiry forms on the Retail and Storage pages we collect: full name, company (optional), email, phone (optional), and your answers to the form's guided questions (for example project/store type, timeline, area/clear height on the storage form, number of stores on the retail form) together with your free-text message.

To protect the form from automated abuse (spam/bots) we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which momentarily processes your IP address and certain technical browser characteristics at the moment of submission.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your details in order to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a quotation.

Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by checking the consent box before submission, and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The Turnstile anti-spam check relies on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in keeping the form free of abuse.

4. Recipients and processors

Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, storage of your submission (Cloudflare D1), and the Turnstile bot-protection service.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses) apply under their respective data processing agreements.

5. Retention period

Enquiry data is kept for 36 months from the date of submission. After that period it is automatically and permanently deleted by an automated process that runs daily — retention does not depend on a manual step.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, object to, and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

7. Cookies and local storage

Your chosen language (Greek/English) is stored in your browser's local storage — not a cookie — purely to remember your preference on a return visit, and is never sent to us.

The Cloudflare Turnstile widget may use cookies or technical device signals solely to verify you are not an automated system. This is necessary for the security of the form and is not used for advertising or tracking.

8. Children's data

Our forms are intended for business enquiries and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision.
